The best way to keep your website supplied with fresh content is through your business blog, not your onsite SEO. You should revisit your onsite SEO every 1-2 years, but not much more frequently than that. Constantly changing elements of your onsite SEO may make your website more “fresh,” but it undermines the long term effectiveness of your SEO campaign.
